Tony Alva on Storage Wars

So Tony Alva made an appearance on A&E's show Storage Wars last week cause Darrell and Brandon found some ancient skateboard in an old ass storage locker and decided to take it right to its creator. Brandon was so excited to meet Tony, I thought he was going to jiz his pants.  I didn't get why he was so amped to meet him, I highly doubt Brandon has ever even stepped on a skateboard. But nice job guys, at least you'll get $1000 for that crusty old board.

Looks like Zoo York is still holding onto the last shred of hope of their skate team, or at least the last person they didn't kick off, Chaz Ortiz. Don't get me wrong, Chaz is an amazing skateboarder, but his vid "The Chaz Ortiz Video" is a pretty obvious last ditch effort by Zoo York to try and say they are still a skateboarding company. But we all know what you did Zoo York, there's no fooling anybody.

Wallie world cup / drinking contest 2012

Looks like the Wallie World cup went off in Berlin at some point in the last couple weeks. The concept was simple, you get 3 tries to wallie over a jersey barrier and each time the group of people made it, they extended the top to make a higher wallie. Oh and I forgot to mention a non make meant chugging a shit load of German beer. Of coarse the victor was non other than Busenitz, who else would win a wallie contest? I will say he did have a bit a competition, but he made every make look simple. He won with a woping 115.5cm wallie, but to put that into perspective, here in American that's 45.5". Holy shit that's high! Nice job Dennis.

Danny Way on Tom Schaar at X Games '12

For everyone who really knows us, you know that we write these posts to stir the pot a bit and joke about the shit we see, but some people seem to take them way to seriously.  So if our blog posts make people write comments about our stuff then we've done our job.

Now that's outa way, the 12 year old phenom Tom Schaar was at X Games this year, but did not pull off that 1080 he was so destined to do, but needless to say he still threw out some lofty 900's.
